X is made by a completly different manufacturer, I dunno why you'd compare? B&M seems to make the most consistently comfortable/smooth coasters I've been on (when it comes to steel).
Looks very different then other coasters Silverwood has, I keep wondering what the limits are for what they could handle but I suppose I could see a Wing coaster taking on the theme of flight near their runway. The more unique thing Silverwood has the better.
Its close though but I'd still say I'd like a darkride more (assuming they could keep the quality up).

^I think the reasons for comparing are pretty obvious - both these coasters are set up with the seats out over the sides of the track. X's seats rotate, but the B&M Wing's do not. I think it is a fair comparison.

Thanks to the recent photo updates from Mike and Chris, we know the park is moving dirt, tearing up asphalt and clearing land in the airstrip area.
An' most recently, there's full-on construction going on in between the log ride and Tremors, with two platforms built.
With the clearing of the airstrip area, I have a feeling it's some kind of expansion. The question is, what side of the park is it for? I can see it being used for Boulder Beach due to how close it is, though if it's for the park I can imagine it's possibly the rumored Rocky Mountain Coaster for 2014/2015. Oh yes, if Silver Dollar City's Outlaw Run is any indication of what Silverwood might be getting from RMC, we're in for something insane. (Especially with that coaster having three inversions, two of them being a double barrel roll.)
As for the construction site between the log flume and Tremors, I have a feeling it's some kind of ride. I don't think it'll be a skycoaster, but I have no clue what it could be. All I can tell is, it's a nicely sized site and considering they're doing construction right now, it could be a fairly big attraction.
If the rumors of the coaster are true, we might be having another string of additions leading up to it, and whatever's going in between the log flume and Tremors could be the start of the string.
Either way, things are getting pretty exciting for the park.

the photo update is awesome I can't wait to see what it is they're building. Much like the haunt I hope its not something thats an upcharge attraction. I'm not sure what exactly could fit in that space, its pretty big for a flatride but pretty small for most other things. Its also a strange time to start building but I guess it assures them that it will be ready at the start of last season. A multiyear Silverwood expansion would certainly keep me going more often. If they were going to add a more kid friendly coaster wouldn't it make more sense to add a Roller Skater over a whiled Mouse? I have no idea which costs what. I'd still like to see a darkride at sometime or other. A new wooden coaster that loops would be an amazing addition, I'm not sure if that one would be overly ambitious or not. Silverwood is definitely defined to me by its wooden coasters so it'd all make sense.

Really hard to tell what they are doing between Log Ride and Tremors, but it cool to see. Hopefully a ride. Probably we won't know much until 2013. Silverwood in the past hasn't done Autumn announcements like most parks. They usually wait until Spring.
I would love to see a dark ride. But anything new is better than nothing. A family coaster would be excellent too, maybe a spinner - those are a blast for everyone and fun to watch as well.

It's kinda hard to say when they'll announce a new attraction, while they have mostly announced new additions in the spring...however for the first expansion of Boulder Beach they announced that in November.
Now with what is going in between the log ride and Tremors. Just to be safe I'll be expecting just about anything, be a ride/shop etc. Though my gut instinct is telling me it's some kind of ride since I really don't see any park building a new shop or resturant this early.
As I've also said earlier, this could be fairly big if they need to build platforms now. Even with the land clearing, I don't think they would do this so early for a regular flat ride.

The construction between the log flume and Tremors is for the new maze for Scarywood.
