now i have to add: 2006 panic plunge, 2007 boulder beach addition, 2008 aftershock. do you really think they are going to do something more in 2009? i dont anymore. i think 2009 is a year off for adding new stuff. i hope i am wrong but i cant see the growth continuing and the economy will have an impact. i dont think that silverwood will get the crowds they want this year due to the general state of things with mortgages, gas prices, etc. -styvx

Maybe something like the Samuria at Logoon. One of the most intense flatride I have ever been on

^I believe the Samauri is a Mondial Top Scan and yes, these are fairly intense, but I also found them a bit nauseating. I think Silverwood would be smart to put in a big flat that isn't quite as vomit-inducing.
That said, with Aftershock now open, I'm convinced a flat ride is not the direction for SW to go next year. I think they would do better with any of the following:
1) Fix up Tinywood (primarily by adding more rides for the kids). 2) Add a trackless dark ride. 3) Add second trains to Tremors and Timber Terror.

^^ While a Mondial Top Scan whould be a very unique addition to the park (and the Northwest for the matter), it's not the best thing to add right now considering the past few attractions added to the theme park were thrill rides.
The main priorities for the park is certainly adding a second train to both woodies, and attractions geared for familes and the kids. Zamperla makes a good amount of kid and family attractions, and some of them are really solid. Ironically with Vekoma, they can make some really good family coasters.
Their roller skaters are a good hit with the kids and their new suspended family coasters are quite nice as well due to the restraints that allow a very low height requirment.
Of course, some kind of darkride would be a nice addition as well. To me a Sally interactive darkride or a Vekoma MadHouse would be the best choices. Silverwood can pretty much put any kind of theme around them and both attractions are extremely solid when done right. (I've pretty much seen the do's for a trackless darkride and madhouse and I've certainly seen the don'ts for them.)
