^Wow! Very well done commercial. Much better than that viral ride profile campaign they did this summer for Silverwood.

Silverwood posted this video last night on Facebook - they got Timber Terror running backwards and apparently they said they were going to run it like this today. The guy holding the camera has a little trouble holding it steady, but that's understandable!
Looks pretty sweet to me!

One thing I am finding out at work is that a lot of people think Scarywood is for little kids and don't know that children should be 12 and older. The other thing is that none of them know what rides would be open. They were shocked to find out that you could ride the coasters in the dark and that one of them is going to be backwards.
The Scarywood website needs to post what rides will be operating. If they already have then I guess it is not in an obvious place.

^ Once again, people continue to surprise me. How did they get "kid-friendly" outta' name like "Scarywood"?
As for what rides are operating, while the site doesn't say...recently on FB they did mention both wooden coasters, corkscrew and most of the rides on the west side of the park will be open.
I would assume it'll be the same as last year, all the major rides in Coaster Alley except for Aftershock ( Remember, Aftershock can't run in cold enough weather. Now with the way the weather is now, it might be operating...but it's no garuntee.) ...and all the major rides in Country Carnival. The main rides that won't be running are the kiddie rides.
Also, on a interesting note. On FB they also mentioned last year Scarywood attracted people from Seattle, the Tri-Cities and Missoula. That and they have about 20 times the budget of last year, so this is gonna' be big.

Remeber, most people aren't as enthusiastic as we are about events like this. Many people view my love for Halloween as "childish". But I am use to people not liking my views and such.

Well, tomorrow is opening night. Already employee previews have been going on. Reading a few things on facebook, one person mentioned that Blood Bayou is awesome, same with Terror Canyon. As for Zombiewood Express, while it's not great compared to the two walkthrough haunts, it's not bad. Oh yes, SW posted a little picture on FB. Send in the clowns anyone? www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=5147911&id=21909073673&ref=fbx_album

Well, I got a small group of people from working heading out there tomorrow night. This is going to be a.... (dare I say it?) .....Scream!
The nice thing is that it won't be 24 degrees like last year when I went. Although that was kind of fun.
