I had heard that Logan was coming back this season, so I've been waiting for that to happen. I can't wait to see how it all unfolds.
Last night was another great episode...but I'm getting annoyed by Marilyn...am I the only one that thinks she's a horrible actress??

^I must agree, she's not that great.
Last night was definately one of those episodes that really shifts the plot in a defferent direction. So far, so good with season 6.

I'm getting annoyed by Marilyn...am I the only one that thinks she's a horrible actress?? LOL!!! My wife and I were saying the EXACT same thing last night! We just couldn't stand to hear her "crying" and "sobbing" through that episode. HORRIBLE actress!!! Aside from that flaw, the episode was great and I am totally psyched to see Logan back again. Day 6 is getting very interesting!!!!

Okay, I just watched this weeks episode (from April 9th), and I thought it was awesome. Absolutely awesome...one of the best, if not THE best episode of the season. I loved all the action and intensity, and Jack totally kicked the crap out of Fayed's gang at the end. I loved when Doyle came in at the end and saw everyone dead and Fayed hanging and was like..."Dang, Jack!!". I couldn't believe when Jack started shooting at everyone since he was extremely outnumbered, but that's Jack for ya! It will be interesting to see what happens over the next few episodes as this plot with Audrey unfolds.
Questions: What happened to Jack's Dad, and to Logan??? Both characters were brought in and then sort of dissapeared...I guess Logan was going off in the ambulance, but they never said if he officially died or not.

Well, now that Day 6 is done I offer up my thoughts...
Liked this season (even though it was a bit predictable) up until after Jack killed Fayed. Then it just drug on and I found myself for the first time not very interested in the show.
Was hoping the finale was going to be something really shocking or twisted or surprising. Unfortunately I was disappointed. Jack says his goodbyes and sort of isolates himself from CTU and everyone else...isn't this the way the season ended a couple of years ago when he wandered off into the sunset? It just seemed (again) all too predictable.
I think they need to nuke CTU to the ground killing off every character except Jack, and then have Jack becoming a member of Palmer's cabinet or something different like that. As you can tell, I'm not very creative but I'm sure they could come up with something.
As I see it now, the show has officially "jumped the shark" and I'm looking for something new to watch. Not that I won't give Season 7 a chance, but it seems the writers are running out of fresh ideas for whatever reason.

Bud, one word.......HEROES.
I still haven't even watched the last 4 episodes of "24" for this season. I was very dissapointed in this season as compared to all of the others. That combinded with "Heroes" basically taking what "24" does as a serial drama, and doing it MUCH better. I started out watching "24" and then downloading "Heroes" as they are on during the same time slot. As "Heroes" got better, and "24" got worse, I changed my pattern and have still yet to watch the rest of "24", although I will.
I haven't given up on "24" but it certainly was a dissapointment to say the least. Aside from a few stand out episodes (like when Jack killed Fayed) the show just seemed to be lost with no real direction.
Anyway, if anyone out there hasn't watched "Heroes", I can't recommend it enough. And I am not in any way a comic book, super hero geek. It is just a great show with great writing and more suspense than ANY season of "24" IMHO.

Skylark, it's funny you say that. I tried watching about a month's worth of heroes this past fall and for whatever reason I just couldn't get into it. I'm not sure if I just didn't give it enough time or what, but it wasn't holidng my attention. I just felt like I watched three or four episodes and nothing happened...it was just all very slow moving plot lines with very few hints or bits of true information.
Please feel free to help me see the light here...

Bud, the first four or five episodes are really slow moving like you said. I actually gave up on the show after being very unimpressed with the pilot episode. Then, many of my friends started talking about how good it was so I downloaded the episodes I missed and was hooked.
Basically, the first few episodes are really just giving you a background on all of the characters. Nothing amazing happens, just people finding out that they have abilities that many of them are ashamed of even having. Everything starts to focus in and really get interesting by the end of the 5th episode entitled "Hiros"(no I did not misspell that).
The show is really amazing in that it starts slow and just continues to build and build, never losing it's focus, and totally delivering by the season finale. This is no "LOST". Almost every major question is answered (save the cheerleader, save the world). Of course, there is another season, so there are some new questions that arise, and a few lose ends left hanging.
You've got to stick with it through the first 6 episodes. After that I'm guessing you won't want to quit watching. And it just keeps getting better and better as the season goes on.

Sorry I've been so quiet lately, I've been sick for the past 3-4 weeks!
I liked the way the season wrapped up this year - the final episode was pretty good. I liked all the action sequences and whatnot. That's what I've been missing. But I agree with Bud, the show has become very predictable this year. Too easy to tell what's going to happen next.
Never seen heroes, but I've heard many good things about that show. I'll have to check it out sometime.
