It's official - the park has dropped the "Enchanted village" portion of their name, and are simply called "Wild Waves Theme Park". I think this is a good idea...clears up all the confusion with Enchanted Forest in Oregon. I get the two mixed up all the time! You can see their new logo on their temporary homepage at: www.wildwaves.comI think it looks pretty cool. Also, here's an interesting note: When I was at safeway the other day, they had 2007 season passes on the shelves at the checkout counters, and the passes still had the old logo and everything, and even said "Wild Waves/Enchanted Village - A Six Flags Theme Park". Looks like they must have made the season passes before the announcement was made that Six Flags was selling them off!

From everything I have been hearing, they are still planning to except Six Flags season passes this year. Hopefully this is true as my family has SF passes already.

so this park gets a fix on its name. i wonder if it will ever get a fix for its bad crowds and weak ride selection?
i guess its good they chose the water park to be the focus of the name, because the water park there is about the only really good thing.
