isn't Blackout a 4th maze? or are you anticipating two new mazes in a single year?
I'm not sure how certain it'd be for them to use the land that 3Dementia sits on. I'd can't see them not using the terror canyon space, but maybe I'm wrong.

Since there's a chance Terror Canyon is not returning this year, I'm anticipating another new maze this year that replaces it. With the way the event has been growing, a fourth maze does seem likey. That and I do agree I don't see them not using Thunder Canyon, it is prime space at the event.

Hello! I heard a rumour from a friend of mine that Nick Norton is going to be a character this year. While that seems cool, he should do a magic show that is a bit scary during Scarywood. I have yet to go to Scarywood but I'm hoping to go this year. Anywho, that's basically it. My friend said he was a Sergeant character or something like that.

Nick Norton performed a Halloween magic show at the first Scarywood in 2009, but since then has played Sgt. Buzz the main protagonist of the Zombiewood Express. I hope you will come to Scarywood, it is very fun.

Called it, Blood Bayou is returning!
"Enter the bayou where anything can happen and cannibals lurk behind every corner. This fan favorite has received an update this year with new rooms for you to explore and ALL NEW scares behind every door. There is one way in and only one way out. The question is whether you will you make it out alive?"
So this time my hunch is correct, so I believe it's safe to say that all the attractions are arranged alphabetically. So that makes 3-Dementia the other returning attraction, and both Oddities and Terror Canyon will not return. (Leaving a possible opening for another new maze in Thunder Canyon.)
Also, something strange has happened. I noticed a night or two ago that on the facebook page the post for Blackout was removed. An' right now the tile for Blackout on the website has been replaced with a "Coming Soon" tile. Could it have been a possible premature annoucement? Or has something changed?
Anyways, seems like we'll find that out later. An' next week will be a nice double update with an announcement on the 13th (This one was originally planned to be announced last wednesday) and there'll be a second annoucement on friday.

Guess I'll accept your theory since 3Dementia was the only one I was certain would return.
I wonder what they'll change about Blood Bayou now? hopefully a few things are switched up significantly to keep people on their toes. The set design is gorgeous but the experience is becoming a bit old hat now.

I decided to take a look over at the news from Twisted Toybox, and they just made a new post today which could possibly explain why Blackout has suddenly dissapeared from the site. In their post they show a teaser for the event, with a section that states that "There will be several NEW attractions that will be revealed over the next couple weeks". So it could be a case where they're just briefly pulling Blackout back, to later reannounce it due to this teaser they posted. But ironically, they confirm that 3-Dementia will return in the returning attractions section of the teaser. twistedtoybox.wordpress.com/2013/08/09/halloween-2013-is-coming/So we all now know what will be returning to the event, and it'll be fun seeing what the other new things to come are. 8/13 Update Today's update announces another photo-op, Ghouls Gone Wild"1, 2, 3 SMILE! Are you brave enough to work up the courage to take a photo with these monsters? It's not easy because there is one problem...they hate smiles. All new photo op for 2013!"
Location: Country Carnival So far Country Carnival seems to be the place for photo-ops, and next update's on Friday.

Silverwood has announced a new attraction called The Ancient Ruins, but I can't see if it is a scarezone or house. Wolfblood must be on vacation because he usually is the first one to post updates.

^ I slept in today. XD
Big update today, not only a new maze has been announced, but there's also been a bit of a change up in the attraction grid.
The Ancient Ruins
"Many enter and only few escape. It is rumored that an archaeological expedition has been swallowed up whole by whatever is lurking around in the darkness. Make quiet and subtle movements through this jungle because you never know what is around the corner. It's easy to get lost...and even easier to get captured. Enter if you dare!
Location: Thunder Canyon"
So it looks like my hunch was right on there being a 4th maze in Thunder Canyon.
Now for the other part of the update, with the addition of the Ancient Ruins, there's been a bit of a shuffle in the placement of the attraction tiles on the site. AR's tile has been placed inbetween 3-Dementia's and Apollo's tile, while Blackout's tile has been placed down in the bottom row after Timber Terror. The last rearanged tile is the one to be announced on 9/20, it was moved from the third row, all the way down to the last row right before Zombiewood Express.
So with Blackout's tile rearangment right after Timber Terror, it's probably not going to be called Blackout. I do feel we'll still have this maze in the Theater of Illusions, just not with this name.
The next announcement on the 23rd is 3-Dementia, so we'll have to wait til the week after that for new annoucements. Though starting on the 30th, there will be several new attraction annoucements right after it. (Sept 1st, 3rd and 6th.)

Silverwood might have decided to change the name of "Blackout" due to the famous extreme haunt located in NY and LA called Blackout. If anyone is really a haunt fan and has money to go to New York I dare them to go through Blackout, it is an experience you won't soon forget. I went to it a couple of years ago and had to use the safe word about five minutes into it.
