I'm going to be in the Vermont/New Hampshire area this July and I was wondering if anyone knows of any good theme parks. The closer the better just because of time/gas. I'm looking for one with more high intensity rides/coasters. I know there is a Six Flags kind of by NYC, but I prefer something closer. I'll be in Boston, so anything around that area would be great as well. Thanks in advance!

Six Flags New England would be a must visit, as it has 10 coasters total, and it also has Superman Ride of Steel, which is consistently rated the number one steel coaster in the world, on almost every coaster list in the world. rcdb.com/pd37.htmI would also recommend hitting up Canobie Lake Park for a nice, more traditional amusement park experience. They have a nice classic out and back woodie, "Yankee Cannonball", that is similar to Timber Terror. They also have a Corkscrew ;D. If you are looking for more of an action packed park experience then this park may not be for you, but I wouldn't miss it if I was in that area. rcdb.com/pd74.htmBottom line, at least get to SFNE. I absolutely guarantee you will find your new #1 coaster their or I'll pay for your trip myself! Nice to see you on a site other than Justin's, too
