Inevitably we've got to now discuss what the park does next. With Deja Vu confirmed, obviously they won't add another coaster next. So what do they do next? More Boulder Beach additions? Or a new ride for the theme park? Some have discussed a dark ride...would Silverwood actually do this? What about some desperately needed new flat rides? Or maybe doing a major expansion on Garfield's Summer Camp?
Looking for your thoughts and ideas.

Man, you guys beat me to it. I got an email today from Taryn Hecker of the spokesman review telling me she has a few questions for me on the new coaster at Silverwood. I googled her name and found the article about the coaster.
Who's exited?

I think they need to focus on the peoplemover track above Tomorrowland - I mean, seriously, they haven't done anything wiht that for almost ten years now! Silverwood - do something about the peoplemover track!!!!!!!

An expansion of Garfield's Summer camp would certainly make the most sense to me. Honestly, I think it is actually what I would do next, too. Well, other than adding additional trains to the woodies of course ;D

After reading all the news reports etc. on the announcement, I'd say the next big thing will be the Hotel.
As for everything else, I'd say it would be a smart time to add family attractions (Zamperla can certainly do wonders with Kang-A-Bounce, Demolition Derby, Waveswinger etc.) and expand Garfield's Summer Camp. (Zamperla's Flying Tigers, Jump Around, Rockin' Tug.)

Rockin' Tug would be a nice one for the kids. Then go ahead and add a full size Disco to the main park. Win-win situation.
I kind of forgot about the hotel. I'm sure that will be the next "big thing" they add and I am all for it. Living in Portland, I would love to be able to stay on property, especially if they add an early entry policy like most other parks with hotels do.

I would agree that the Kid's rides are somewhat limited, but as for a Zamperla ride, they are a nightmare to maintain. Even the US rep for Zamperla knows and admits this.

^Nightmare to Maintain? I can't exactly agree with that since with my experiences with their attractions is pretty good. There was only one ride I've been on that has had major problems. Their HAWK attraction. (Timberaxe at Wild Waves.) Everything else from their Rockin Tug to Kang-A-Bounce has been doing just fine. Don't forget Silverwood already owns a Zamperla attraction or two, I know for certain Tiny Toot is from Zamperla.
As for one more thing, the park is getting a GIB...one of the biggest maintience nightmares out there. If they can work well with it, I doubt a simple Zamperla family attraction is going to be a pain...but that's just my opinion.

I would love to see a dark ride. By far they are my favorite. I doubt they will ever build one but it would be pretty cool.
